- Tanzania: Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Zanzibar
- Kenya: Nairobi, Mombasa
Team Assistant (f) Full Time // Part Time
Your tasks:
- Telephone management
- Appointment planning, coordination and monitoring
- Correspondence in English
- File management, preparation of cost and fee notes
- Preparation of presentations
- Preparation of documents for appointments
- Various general organizational, administrative and accounting activities
- Contact person and coordination interface between the management (in English)
- Handling all correspondence (in English)
- Calendar, appointment and mailbox management
- Travel planning, travel organization and cost accounting
- Planning, coordination and organization of internal and external events
- Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
- Data maintenance, Create and check invoices.
You bring with you:
- Ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in the assistant area is desirable, but not a requirement
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Discretion and meticulousness, enthusiasm and resistance to stress
- Client-oriented behavior
- Convincing communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Driving license desirable, but not MUST
